The festival is an amazing event and the <a href="http://www.visitbrooklyn.org/BookFestival/authors.html">list of authors who are going to be there</a> is staggering and I'm really happy to be a part of it.</p>
<p>Its on Sunday, September 13th. I'll be on the <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Syncopated-Nonfiction-Picto-Essays-Brendan-Burford/dp/0345505298">Syncopated</a> panel at 10am (not sure which stage thats on yet) with Brendan Burford, our editor, and <a href="http://www.alexholden.com/">Alex Holden</a> and some of the other contributors.</p>

Ill be showing pages from my work in progress, <em>How to Understand Israel in Fourteen Days or Less</em> (that's right, I changed the title), including some of the final watercolored pages.</p>

Well now I'm working with them on a chapbook which will come out at the end of the summer. As images for the book, which will be an essay by <a href="http://www.octopusmagazine.com/issue10/Lasky.htm">Dottie Lasky</a>, I re-drew a series of drawings wherein I imagine myself as a pride of wild human lions.</p>
